This was my very first time using JB heating + Air, and I must say he was very professional + knowledgeable about his profession. He troubleshooted my A/C issue + repaired it. JB Heating- Air & Refrigeration is awesome!!! I couldn’t get anyone to come out at the time and my home was hot, due to my ac going out. JB came out the same day I called and arrived earlier than the time given. Also, while fixing my unit he educated me on things to recognize and look out for, which is great to know as a homeowner. My ac was up and back running in no time!!! Please don’t hesitate to call them as they’re also very honest and are not out to get your money.

"I knew John was a different kind of technician right when I spoke with him the very first time. He came on time and found a leak on my brand new AC unit which the installing HVAC company wasn't able to identify for over a year and was quoting me prices in the THOUSANDS of dollars to replace the lineset from the attic to the basement among other things instead of first making sure that their new unit was working properly to begin with. That was the cost of them being lazy and not thoroughly checking the unit that they installed themselves. I found John on Google and based on the reviews, I decided to give him a call. I'm SO GLAD that God put him on my path. John gave me a reasonable price to perform the leak test and was able to identify the issue upon arrival within about 10 to 15 MINUTES!!! I only wish I had John come to my home a year sooner. Based on my experience, he truly cares about taking care of the customer. I've attached a short video clip to this review of JB taking his time to search and identify the leak. I don't see myself going to anyone else for future HVAC needs. Thank you JB!"
